I'm trying to free up some space on my Windows 10 laptop and C:\Windows\Installer$PatchCache$ is showing as 2.9GB using the FolderSize app. Can I delete this file? There's also a lot of msp files in the C:\Windows\Installer\ directory. Can I delete this? Also, are there any tools or apps that will clean these files up for me? Thanks.
